Registration Desk & ID Verification Desk (Room HANA, 4th Floor)

  • The security check will close promptly at 9:30 AM. As significant congestion is expected, registration will open at 8:20 AM. Please arrive early and complete your registration by 9:15 AM so that you have sufficient time to pass through the security screening before it closes.
  • A Photo ID is required (Government-Issued Photo IDs). Participants without a valid photo ID will not be admitted to the Concord Ballroom.
    Accepted Photo IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, My Number Card, Residence Card
    If you do not have any of the above photo IDs, please present two of the following documents: Health Insurance Card + Student ID, Health Insurance Card + Employee ID, Health Insurance Card + Certificate of Residence.
  • If you received your ICPS2026 name badge on August 16 (Sun), please bring your badge and photo ID to the ID Verification Desk for identity verification. Name badges will not be reissued if you forget to bring your badge on the day.
  • If you completed pre-registration but have not yet received your name badge, please visit the Pre-Registration Desk on August 17 (Mon) and present your photo ID for identity verification. After verification, you will receive your name badge at the desk.

Security Check at the Concord Ballroom Entrance (5th Floor)

  • After registration and ID verification, please use the escalator from the 4th floor to the 5th floor to proceed to the security check (metal detection and baggage inspection) at the entrance of the Concord Ballroom, where the Opening Ceremony will be held.
  • The security check will close promptly at 9:30 AM.
  • The following items are NOT PERMITTED through the security gate: Large wheeled luggage such as suitcases and carry-on cases; large backpacks; beverages; beverage containers (including metal, glass, and plastic containers); umbrellas; And dangerous materials. Any other items that may interfere with the safe and smooth operation of the conference are also prohibited.

  • If you are carrying any of these items, please leave them at the cloakroom on the 3rd floor. Prohibited items found at the security gate will have to be disposed of.
  • Please place metal items such as wallets, smartphones, and keys inside your bag before proceeding to the security check to help ensure a smooth screening process.

During the Opening Ceremony

  • Entry will not be permitted after the Opening Ceremony has begun. If you are unable to enter, you may still attend the Special Plenary Session, which begins after the Opening Ceremony concludes.
  • Please wear your name badge at all times while inside the venue.
  • Photography and video or audio recording using cameras, mobile phones, tablets, or laptops are strictly prohibited during these events, except for those who have obtained permission.
