We are pleased to inform you that the Opening Ceremony of the 37th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS2026), to be held on August 17 (Mon), 2026, will be graced by the presence of Her Imperial Highness Princess Aiko.
Please note that admission to the Opening Ceremony requires completing online pre-registration by 3:00 PM on August 16 (Sun), 2026. Please be advised that online pre-registrations completed after 3:00 PM on August 16, or on the day of the event, will not be eligible for admission to the Opening Ceremony.

We are thrilled to invite you to the 37th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS) 2026, which will be held from August 16th to 21st at the Keio Plaza Hotel in the vibrant heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo. This biennial meeting is the premier forum for reporting all aspects of semiconductor physics, including electronic, structural, optical, magnetic, and transport properties. The conference will reflect the state of the art in semiconductor physics with a heritage dating back to the 1950s.
